SHIPPING, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our Leggings and Sports Bras are typically fulfilled and sent out within 1-5 business days of purchase but may be up to 7 days during sale periods.
BoldBody works with a fulfillment partner to process all other items on our store. All items aside from our High Waisted Leggings and Sports bras are not eligible for free shipping, exchanges or returns.
Thank you for joining the BoldFam We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange if your items meet the below criteria.
Our return and exchange policy lasts 15 days post purchase date. If there is a sale within the return period and a duplicate purchase is made during this time, your original item is only eligible for return for store credit.
We proudly offer free shipping for all orders over $150 . We aim to ship out all orders within a week from purchase date, however this timing is subject to delay during certain times and circumstances such as holidays and flash sales.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We're happy to offer free exchanges (one-time, after first exchange, shipping costs are to be covered by the customer). Returns for credit are covered by the customer for all eligible, full priced US orders. Any item aside from our High Waisted Leggings and Sports bras are not eligible for exchanges or returns. All sizing corrections and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receipt. All items purchased during a sale are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
In order for a return to happen, all merchandise in the requested return:
- Must be postmarked within 15 days of it arriving to our warehouse. If item is postmarked past 15 days, you will be issued store credit. Please note above our policy for our sales*
- Must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered. Must be returned in its original, unripped clear plastic bag, so use caution when opening the packaging. No exceptions.
- Must have all tags, including BoldBody hangtags attached where applicable
- Leggings/bras that are being exchanged or replaced MUST be sent back to us in order for the exchange to occur in the original packaging.
- Any items aside from our Leggings & Bras are non-returnable. Store credit may be issued depending on the circumstance. No refunds.
All items purchased during a Sale and all items that are marked down in our Last Chance section are FINAL SALE and can not be exchanged or returned. Shipping during a Sale is covered by the customer for orders up to $150
ALL ITEMS MARKED AS FINAL SALE CAN NOT BE RETURNED, OR EXCHANGED, UNLESS PRODUCT FAILS DUE TO MANUFACTURING DEFECT.
To return an item, please ensure eligibility and email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the item is eligible for a return/exchange, we will provide an address to which you can send the items back to. If you are looking for an exchange, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label back to us.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Refunds will be processed to original payment method (store credit will not be refunded with cash equivalent)
The following items are subject to shipping charges and cannot be returned for credit or exchanged:
Seasonal, Curvy+ Leggings (these items may only be returned for store credit)
Custom Items (Ie: bachelor/bachelorette gear)
- All Sale Items and items purchased during a flash sale
- Sweatshirts, tanks & tees
- All seasonal items
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at email@example.com below to arrange a refund or exchange. All defective and damaged products MUST be sent back to us before a refund or exchange can happen. All requests must be made within 60 days of purchase.
