SHIPPING, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our Classic Leggings and Sports Bras will be fulfilled and sent out FREE within 2 business days of purchase (orders must be $50+) Our team is practicing extra caution during fulfillment by wiping down all external packaging with disinfectant wipes prior to packaging.
BoldBody works with a fulfillment partner to process all other items on our store. We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates on Covid-19. Our fulfillment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. Fulfillment and shipping will take longer, but your order will reach you.
Thank you for joining the BoldFam We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange if your items meet the below criteria. Our return and exchange policy lasts 30 days post purchase date.
We proudly offer free shipping on all orders for BOLD Leggings & Sports Bras. We aim to ship out all orders within a week from purchase date, however this timing is subject to delay during certain times and circumstances such as holidays and flash sales.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We're happy to offer free exchanges (one-time, after first exchange, shipping costs are to be covered by the customer) and returns for all eligible US orders. In order for a return to happen, all merchandise in the requested return:
- Must be postmarked within 30 days of it arriving to our warehouse. If item is postmarked past 30 days, you will be issued store credit.
- Must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered. No exceptions.
- Must have all tags, including BoldBody hangtags attached where applicable
- Leggings/bras that are being exchanged or replaced MUST be sent back to us in order for the exchange to occur.
- Any item returned aside from our Classic Leggings & Bras will receive store credit ONLY. No refunds.
- Flash Sale and Sale items are not able to be returned for refund. You may receive store credit only
ALL ITEMS MARKED AS FINAL SALE CAN NOT BE RETURNED, OR EXCHANGED, UNLESS PRODUCT FAILS DUE TO MANUFACTURING DEFECT.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com and we will provide instructions for a proper return. If the item is eligible for a return/exchange, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for easy returns.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Refunds will be processed to original payment method (store credit will not be refunded with cash equivalent)
The following items cannot be returned for credit or exchanged:
- Seasonal and Party Leggings (these items may only be returned for store credit)
- Custom Items (Ie: bachelor/bachelorette gear)
- All Sale Items
- Sweatshirts, tanks & tees
- All seasonal items
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org below to arrange a refund or exchange. All defective and damaged products MUST be sent back to us before a refund or exchange can happen
