We're happy to offer free exchanges (one-time, after first exchange, shipping costs are to be covered by the customer) and returns for all eligible full-priced US orders. All sizing corrections and exchanges on full-priced items must be initiated within 7 days of receipt. Items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a return or exchange: Must be postmarked within 15 days of it arriving to our warehouse. If item is postmarked past 15 days, you will be issued store credit. Must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered. Must be returned in original bag. No exceptions. Must have all tags, including BoldBody hangtags attached where applicable Leggings/bras that are being exchanged or replaced MUST be sent back to us in order for the exchange to occur in the original packaging. Any item returned aside from our High Waist Leggings & Sports Bras will receive store credit ONLY. No refunds. Items that are listed as FINAL SALE are not eligible for exchanges or returns. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing an order for Final Sale items so that we can best address your situation.
Our High Waist Leggings, Sports Bras, Biker Shorts and Headbands are READY TO SHIP. These items will be processed and mailed out to you ASAP. These items are sent out with Priority Mail on M-F during normal working hours. Swimsuits, shorts, shirts, sweatshirts and accessories are still custom made for you and will be fulfilled in the order they are received. You will receive updates as soon as these items are heading your way
Our items are LIMITED EDITION, so once a print is sold out, it does not get restocked. Be sure to sign up for our e-mails so that you can lock in your favorite print before it is gone for good.
Due to the limited edition nature of our products and frequency of our promotions and specials, we do not offer price adjustments.
All items aside from our High Waist Leggings, Biker Shorts, Sports Bras and Headbands are sent through a fulfillment partner and are subject to shipping. If you believe you were incorrectly charged, please reach out to us and we will look into your order.
Don't panic! Items may arrive in different packages due to variations in production times. However, if you want a peace of mind, feel free to contact us and we'll look into when you can expect to receive the remainder of your order. If your item is defective, please send us a photo and we will provide an address to mail the item to. Once the item is returned and inspected by our team, we will issue a store credit for a re-order.
