Store Credit/Exchanges (please read carefully)
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or exchange.
We only accept returns for store credit, or exchange for sizing. We do not accept returns for refunds due to the custom made nature of our operation
Please contact us PRIOR to purchasing if you have questions about sizing
To complete your valid return for store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Important: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Due to the intimate nature of the products, we can not accept returns or exchanges on bathing suits (men’s or ladies) and all sales on these items are FINAL
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and provide you with a code for store credit.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged or issued store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send proper directions. If we do not have the size that you require for an exchange, we will issue you a store credit for use on another BB item.
We hope you never have to cancel an order with us, but we understand that it sometimes happens. To cancel an order, please contact us. If you are canceling an order for a reason other than backorder/stock issues, there will be a 15% restocking fee.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
To return your product(s), please contact us at email@example.com to alert us of the desire to return. Once we confirm the eligibility of your return, we will provide return information
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. *We do not provide return labels.*
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
